Terms

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering paying special attention to the delivery and returns sections. The placement of an order signifies acceptance by you of these terms and conditions.

Security
To ensure maximum security, for both you and us, we use HSBC Secure ePayments Card Processing to encrypt and process your card payment details. HSBC use the latest, most sophisticated online trading and encryption system available. They will automatically check your card for fraudulent usage before passing the sale to Je t'aime Ltd.

Data Protection:- Your privacy is important to us. All personal details are protected in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1988. Je t'aime Ltd does not have access to any of your financial information.

We will not supply your details to any other company for any reason.

Delivery
Je t'aime Ltd despatch all orders via Royal Mail Special Delivery. Please ensure that you enter the correct delivery details in the order form. Additional charges will be incurred in the event of redelivery to the correct address. Overseas deliveries cannot be accepted at the present time.

Je t'aime Ltd hold stock of the most popular items, all others items are ordered as required. Items held in stock and will be dispatched within 24 hours of your order (9am Monday to 4pm Friday) and should reach you within 3 working days. Items that are not held in stock can take between 14 and 28 days to deliver.

If you have not received your order after 21 days please email enquiries@jetaime-lingerie.com stating your order reference number and we will let you know the status of your order.

Remember ALL our lingerie is delivered in QUALITY GIFT BOXES at NO EXTRA COST.

Returns Policy
Items may be returned for exchange or refund provided that they have not been worn, damaged, soiled or washed, and have original tags still attached and are returned in original packaging. In the interest of hygene briefs/thongs/panties cannot be returned once they have been tried on.

You must return the goods within 14 days of receipt.

Full refunds will be given where requested minus the cost of postage and packaging i.e. £4.25.

We recommend that all returns are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery and that you keep the proof of postage as we cannot refund or exchange goods that we do not receive.

For faulty items Je t'aime will gladly refund the cost of postage. For non-faulty/unwanted items the postage is the responsibility of the customer.

Payment
We only accept payment by credit card. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron, Switch and Solo.

All prices are shown and must be paid in Pounds Sterling.

Cancellation of order
You have the right under the UK Distance Selling Regulations to cancel the contract for purchase at any point from the time of ordering to seven days after delivery.
To cancel please email cancellation@jetaime-lingerie.com with your name, address, date of order and order reference number.
If the goods have not been despatched we will refund your card within 24 hours (Monday to Friday). If the goods have been despatched please return them and we will refund your card within 24 hours of receipt of the goods (Monday to Friday) provided that they have not been worn, damaged, soiled or washed, and have original tags still attached and are returned in original packaging. If these conditions are broken the goods will be returned to you and you will incur further delivery charges.
